Return & Refund Policy

Considering the hygiene and particularity of intimate apparel products, XUELEXORIN implements standardized and hygienic after-sales return and refund rules to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer and ensure public health safety.

1 Return Qualification

Customers can apply for return and exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, stain-free and odor-free, with complete original tags, labels and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any intimate apparel that has been worn, cleaned, damaged or improperly used, except for inherent product quality problems.

2 Return Application Process

1. Send a return application via official email, clearly stating your order number and return reason;
2. Wait for our after-sales team’s review and obtain the official return address and operation guidelines;
3. Pack the products completely and keep them in original condition for return delivery;
4. Submit the return tracking number to customer service for verification and follow-up processing.

3 Refund Rules

After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return standards, we will complete the refund within 5–7 working days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment channel. If the return is caused by product quality problems or our shipping errors, we will provide a full refund and bear the return freight. For returns due to personal preferences or size problems, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

4 Non-Returnable Provisions

Used, washed, artificially damaged, missing accessories and non-original packaged products are not supported for return or exchange. Clearance and promotional final sale items are non-refundable without quality issues.
