Return & Refund Policy

In order to fully protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of global customers and standardize after-sales service procedures, XUELEXORIN formulates fair, reasonable and transparent return and refund policies for all apparel products, and all shopping behaviors are subject to the following terms:

1 Return and Exchange Eligibility

Customers can initiate return or exchange applications within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package. The returned clothing must be inbrand-new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition, with original tags, labels, packaging and complete accessories. No stains, scratches, deformation or artificial damage is allowed. Discounted flash sale products, clearance items are final sales and do not support unconditional return and exchange, except for inherent quality problems of the products.

2 Standard Return Process

1. Send a formal return application via our official email, clearly filling in your valid order number and specific return reason;
2. Wait for the review and approval of our professional after-sales team, and obtain the designated official return address and operation guidelines;
3. Standardize the packaging of returned garments to prevent secondary damage during return logistics transportation;
4. Submit the return logistics tracking number to our customer service team for filing, verification and follow-up processing.

3 Refund Execution Standards

After we receive and inspect the returned products and confirm that they fully comply with the return specifications, we will complete the refund review and release within 5–7 working days, and the funds will be returned through the customer’s original payment channel. If the return is caused by product quality defects, wrong shipment or our service errors, we will provide a full refund and bear the return freight. If the return is due to personal reasons such as inappropriate size and unsatisfactory style, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost by themselves.

4 Non-Returnable Scope

We have the right to reject return and exchange applications for clothing that has been worn, cleaned, artificially modified, severely damaged or improperly stored by customers, so as to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers.
