Shipping Policy
To ensure efficient, safe and standardized global distribution of apparel products, XUELEXORIN has formulated unified global shipping management specifications, covering order processing, logistics distribution and delivery instructions, applicable to all official customer orders:
1 Order Processing Period
After the customer’s order payment is successfully verified, our warehouse team will complete product quality inspection, arrangement, professional dust-proof packaging and outbound preparation work within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on UK statutory holidays, weekends and non-working hours will be processed in chronological order on the first subsequent working day. All garments are professionally packaged to avoid wrinkles, dirt and damage during long-distance cross-border transportation.
2 Global Delivery Time
We support full global cross-border shipping services. For all customer orders delivered to European and American countries and regions, the standard logistics delivery cycle after official shipment is 15 to 30 business days. The delivery time excludes local weekends and statutory public holidays of the destination country.
3 Shipping Supplementary Regulations
1. All delivery cycles are official estimated times. Actual arrival time may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as international logistics adjustment, customs official inspection, extreme weather and peak shopping seasons.
2. All import tariffs, customs clearance handling fees, value-added taxes and other additional fees stipulated by the destination country shall be independently borne by the buyer, and our brand does not undertake relevant expenses and responsibilities.
3. After the order is successfully shipped, we will send a real-time logistics tracking number to your registered email address, allowing you to check the package transportation status at any time.
